About this role
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze program operations and performance data to identify issues and support management decisions.
Collecting and reviewing program, operational, and budget data and preparing reports, spreadsheets, and briefing materials. Coordinating with program, financial, technical, and contract staff to gather information, improve processes, and support accurate and consistent reporting. OR Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
